Everything you need to know

You can significantly enlarge images with minimal visible degradation using our bicubic resampling algorithm. For very large enlargements (4× or more), some softening is natural — the result is still far sharper than a basic stretch.

Upload your image, set a target width that is 2× or 3× larger than the original, keep the aspect ratio locked, and download. For the best print results, choose PNG as the output format.

There is no hard limit. Processing happens in your browser, so very large output sizes (e.g. 6000px wide) may take a few extra seconds on lower-powered devices.

Upscaling cannot recover detail that was never in the original image. It can make a small, sharp photo larger while staying sharp. A blurry image will be a larger blurry image after upscaling.

No. All processing runs locally in your browser using the Canvas API. Your files never leave your device.
